There has been loads of media interest in the Cliff Side Fun Run and the Wonderdog Day at Castle Hill, with both events just around the corner.

Last week saw Gareth Pike, Mike Charter and the AVAAL Group at  Castle Hill Showground with those talented border collies and Dr Katrina Warren for a photo shoot. Despite the pouring rain the Wonderdogs were incredibly well behaved and managed to turn on the charm for the visiting media!

That shoot has led to incredible exposure for the event; at the time of writing this, the Hills News article has received an astounding 369 comments!

The Hills Shire Times article is now also online under the umbrella of the Daily Telegraph which means it will  be seen by thousands of people.

A large story has also run in the Hawkesbury Gazette, with all stories available online and via the paper’s Facebook pages.

AVAAL’s Gareth Pike says the event has  been shared on social media by the National Breast Cancer Foundation, which has 245,000 followers!

Also this week, a media call for the Cliff Side Fun Run. Ambassadors and AVAAL associate Gus Worland was put through his paces by NRL Legend Steve ‘Beaver’ Menzies and Olympic Silver Medallist Clinton Hill, under the watchful eye of wellness guru and AVAAL’s publications partner Kris Abbey.

Not to be intimidated by elite athletes, Gus made the event loads of laughs, which makes for great photos and videos we will share on social medial

Gareth and Mike are also looking forward to seeing that story when it comes out in the Manly Daily!
