Gareth Pike, Mike Charter and the team at the AVAAL Group have organised an event which has set the world record for the longest-ever doggy conga line.

Almost 400 dogs and 1000 people turned out at Sydney’s Castle Hill Showground to form the line, which has whisked us into the record books.

Company co-founder Gareth Pike says the event has been run in conjunction with which is an online dog-training program developed by celebrity vet Dr Katrina Warren.

“Dr Katrina has built the Wonderdog school to give everyone access to world-class dog training, complete with a one-on-one component,” he says. “The Wonderdog School will soon be available internationally.”

The Wonderdog event saw the dogs wear pink bandanas and their owners also pop on the pink to help raise awareness and money for the National Breast Cancer Foundation.The event secured substantial media coverage, being featured on the TODAY show, Nine News, ABC Radio, across the Daily Telegraph website and in a multitude of local media
